At VON, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.
1. Return Conditions

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Item Condition: Due to health and hygiene standards, perfumes can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging (cellophane intact). We cannot accept returns on unsealed or used fragrances.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective item (e.g., a broken bottle or a faulty spray nozzle) or the wrong order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement for you immediately at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer/wallet for Cash on Delivery orders).

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
